200 Minute Practice Form...

The 200 Minute Practice-a-thon is coming in January and February for Grades 5,6,7,8. Students can earn up to 4 free tickets to the February 27 Concert and have a chance to win some great prizes. Click below to download the forms

Piano Concerto Competition Form...

Piano teachers can download an application for their students here. Winner receives $300 and performance with the Grand Rapids Youth
Symphony at DeVos Hall. Alternate receives $50 and performance if winner is unable.
